Terms of Agreement — Member Reviews

The terms of agreement for movie & restaurant reviews below is to prevent members from accepting gifts and not writing reviews in a timely manner, or not at all.

By accepting this gift from LocalsGuide, you agree to have your review posted by the due date given OR within the stipulated time period. These reviews are to be appropriate for publication on LocalsGuide.com , as well as the monthly print publication. For Movies & Restaurants, reviews must be posted within two weeks of receiving the gift. It is your responsibility to contact LocalsGuide if you do not receive your gift in a timely manner. If you do not have your review posted within the designated time period, LocalsGuide has the right to bill you, the member(s), for the amount of the gift. These terms constitute a binding agreement between LocalsGuide and you, the member(s).
