CrossFit Lite Boot Camp

The worst of winter is over and it’s time to start prepping for those dreamy summer days. In southern Oregon that means it’s almost time to be having fun outside. Whether its rafting the Rogue, camping at one of the our many lakes, or taking a trip to the beach we all want to look our best in this season’s swim suits and tank tops. Some of us might be ready to rock the bikini or shorts with no shirt; but if you aren’t quite there yet you still have time to be ready when summer hits in full. At CrossFit Ashland we have just the program to get you ready!

Our 6 week long CrossFit Lite Boot Camp is designed specifically to lean you down and tone you up. Our program takes the best of CrossFit conditioning without the heavy lifting aspect of traditional CrossFit. It’s a short intense workout instructed by a skilled trainer so all you have to do is show up and leave the rest to us.

This boot camp is coached by trainer Keenan Huschke who ran this popular 6-week boot camp in Maui, HI with great success for his clients. This is a fun and effective way to get in shape and lose weight for summer or as a simple jumpstart to your fitness journey.

Starts Monday May 4th – 5/04/15

Runs Through Friday June 12th – 6/12/15

Classes: Monday – Wednesday – Friday 4:30pm-5:30pm

$100 for the full 6-week boot camp!
