Business Demystified: What School Never Taught You But Should Have is topic of Jan. 13 Women Entrepreneurs of Southern Oregon program

Speaker: Mark Shapiro, Business Coach

Mark Shapiro has helped hundreds of small business owners achieve their dreams in the last decade. He is committed to giving people the business education they need and the attitude to use it. Interactive teaching will allow for participants to bring their real problems and frustrations and receive productive perspective, guidance and coaching in a group format. From self-organization to sales, leadership to lead generation, getting started to getting free, all aspects of business are on the table. Bring your questions, concerns, doubts and fears and get real answers in a supportive space. Topics may include, but are not limited to:

• The difference between owning a job and a business
• How and why your education has failed you
• Why financial management is off your radar, and your accountant’s too
• How self-organization is the foundation for all success
• How feeling overwhelmed destroys business and what to do about it
• Using your business as a vehicle for self-growth

For those ready to embrace change, the world is your oyster. When universal business tools are combined with the ability to track your issues, fueled by vital heart-passion, anything is possible. The world is waiting, why are you?

Mark Shapiro has been teaching since he was fifteen. From athletics to martial arts to business, to metaphysics and healing, he remains a perennial student and has dedicated his life to the evolution of consciousness. He has been a student of a number of psychospiritual models that gives him the ability to see unhealthy dynamics in not only in businesses, but in the structure of business and the economy itself with unusual clarity and speed. He is the founder of Emergent Business and is currently authoring a book addressing the widespread and invisible dysfunctional business themes in our world today.
