CrossFit Ashland is Ashland’s original CrossFit facility. We have been helping the people of Ashland and surrounding areas attain higher levels of fitness since January of 2012. What makes the CrossFit experience different than a workout you might find at the YMCA, 24 hour fitness, or yoga studio? When you walk into our facility for the first time you won’t see elliptical or treadmill machines. We use a combination of techniques to help you build and improve your cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. You are going to experience things you haven’t at any other gym or fitness facility. We have a unique “recipe” that has been tested and developed for building healthy, strong people. We incorporate constant variation across broad time demands and multiple modes of training to produce extremely well rounded results in our clients. Equally important is the focus on functional movements guided by our experienced staff all of which will serve to help you in everything you do.
Our coaches safely lead our clients through the group training sessions which are scaled to meet individual client needs. These practices (along with a secret ingredient or two) lend themselves to safe, fast, and transformative results for our clients irrespective of age, fitness level, or athletic experience. We have members from every walk of life including endurance athletes, stay-at-home moms, those just starting their fitness journey, senior community members, and kids. The only requirement for participation is the desire and commitment towards a better you. In the words of one of our newer clients who has been working with our head coach Ben Chew:
