Is the artist in you ready for a challenge? If you answered yes, we have an opportunity for you! We are looking for an artist to design the logo for the 41st Annual 4th of July Run. If your artwork is selected you will win $150, five free t-shirts featuring your design and the pride of seeing your work in multiple mediums! The 27th Annual Ashland Community Bike Swap is right around the corner and we are looking for donated bikes in good working condition. Clean out your garage, get a tax deduction and help support bike education in our elementary schools.  Bikes can be dropped off at The Grove, 1195 E Main St, M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more info, contact lori.ainsworth @ashland.or.us, or 541.552.2264.

Did you know Project FeederWatch is in full swing? This program takes place each year at North Mountain Park on alternate Saturdays from November through March. The next gathering will be on Saturday, February 4, from 9 to 10 a.m.  Mingle with local birders and be a part of a nationwide, citizen-driven survey that counts birds that visit feeders during the winter months.
