What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the most powerful self-help system known to humanity.

Can Hypnotherapy help me?
Hypnosis can be used for just about every ailment and issue out there. It can help with relationship issues, behavioral issues, pain control, accelerated healing, self sabotage, feeling happier and more joyful, getting off medications, and has been used to help shrink tumors in cancer patients. This is just a sampling of what hypnotherapy can do.

How does it work?
It works by accessing the subconscious mind through a trance-like state and reprogramming it with positive suggestions and ideas.

What does it feel like?
It is a deep relaxation of the body and mind.

Is it mind control?
No, absolutely not. You are in control and completely aware of what is going on around you. It’s like watching a movie, you get very caught up in the movie to the point of laughing and crying but you are still aware of everything around you.

Can I get stuck in hypnosis?
No. Some people are so relaxed that they will fall asleep but the therapist will usually awaken them if this happens. Even if the client does fall asleep the hypnotherapy work is still very powerful, this is because the subconscious mind never sleeps and is absorbing all of the information anyway.

Can anyone by hypnotized?
Yes. In fact, when we day-dream we are in a hypnotic trance. Have you ever driven your car and arriving at your destination exclaimed, “Wow, I’m here already. I don’t even remember driving through town!” You were in hypnosis.

How many sessions do I need?
I recommend 6-8 sessions for most clients. 6 sessions is usually the magic number and people will see remarkable results in this short amount of time.

How can I be “fixed” in only 6 sessions?
The subconscious knows what the problem is, even if you are not consciously aware of it. The trance state allows the therapist to access the subconscious and bring the issue up into conscious awareness where it can be amended.

How long are the sessions?
Sessions last from 45 minutes to 90 minutes.
