So you’ve been looking for a fitness program. Maybe you have heard about CrossFit, maybe you have friends or family who love it. You’ve seen the results in people around town who you know CrossFit. Maybe you even liked the idea but decided it was too intense for you to just jump into.
At CrossFit Ashland beginners have options. If you don’t feel like you could or should go right to regular CrossFit classes then we have two programs to help you get there! Introducing:
CrossFit Lite Boot Camp
Our 6 week long CrossFit Lite Boot Camp is designed specifically to lean you down and tone you up. Our program takes the best of CrossFit conditioning without the heavy lifting aspect of traditional CrossFit. It’s a short intense workout instructed by a skilled trainer so all you have to do is show up and leave the rest to us.
This boot camp program is directed by trainer Keenan Huschke who ran this popular 6 week boot camp in Maui, HI with great success for his clients. This is a fun and effective way to get in shape and lose weight this summer or as a simple jumpstart to your fitness journey.
Starts Monday July 27th Runs Through Friday September 4th
Classes: Monday – Wednesday – Friday 4:30pm-5:30pm
$120 for the full 6 week boot camp!
Limited to 14 participants
On Ramp is a 10 class course designed to teach you everything you need to know to hit the regular CrossFit classes running. Classes focus on the foundational movements of CrossFit as well as educating about the methodology itself. This is a perfect course for beginners just starting training or even athletes that are just new to CrossFit! All 10 classes must be attended to pass. If classes are missed athletes will be able to make them up on the next rotation.
On Ramp classes takes place Tuesday & Thursday @ 4:30pm – 5:30pm
