Well another year is drawing to a close. We have much to be thankful for this year at White Dental Studio. For starters, we have seen so many from our community choose Cindy, Erin, Tishena and I for their dental care that we accelerated our expansion to provide another exam and treatment room in our office. With growth comes change, and we welcomed our newest team member, Lindsey, in late October. Lindsey is excited to meet our patients and get to know them, and she looks forward to working with our team to help our patients achieve their goals. Our patients are our practice, and we are so thankful for the great many of you who have become like family to us and your loyalty over the last 3 years.
I am also thankful for the support of the business community in Ashland. In early October, White Dental Studio was awarded the Ashland Chamber of Commerce “Green Business of the Year” which took me by great surprise. Our community has so many green businesses striving for excellence in their fields that I am honored and humbled to have achieved this recognition. We are excited to continue our relationship and support with the Chamber over the coming years and so very thankful for their support of us.
Finally, I’d like to take the opportunity to share some helpful hints for the end of the year. For those with insurance or a desire to complete care before the end of the year. Plan ahead! If you’re reading this and thinking, “Wow, he’s right! I wanted to get those fillings done with my dentist or my wisdom teeth out with the oral surgeon or my kids started on their braces with the orthodontist!” don’t delay any longer. It becomes very challenging not only for us providers but also for staff and labs to complete the work we request if we’re on a time crunch. Many of us will bend over backwards and go the extra distance to do what we can, but eventually time runs out and there is little we can do. At this time of year, I’m always very thankful for our support services – the suppliers who get us the essentials we need quickly, the labs who make us shiny gold work or beautiful ceramic restorations, and the coffee or tea that keeps us going.
