Reclaim Your Health: Resolving Illness, Fatigue, and Pain

Many people are sick, depressed, tired and in pain when they don’t need to be. There are chronic issues that Western medicine doesn’t address, which Holistic Medicine excels at resolving. People seek my services when Western medicine hasn’t produced positive results.

Eight months after an auto accident, I learned about TCM: Traditional Chinese Medicine. I’d had days I couldn’t walk, months I couldn’t drive. I could no longer work. Going from doctor to doctor lacked results. I was told I might never improve.

It was TCM, plus Nutritional Supplements, Homeopathy, Kinesiology (a type of muscle testing) and Nutritional Therapy that restored my health and well-being. At the same time, it resolved many health issues I’d been dealing with, some for most of my life.

TCM includes Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Formulas, Tui Na (medicinal massage), Chinese Dietary Therapy and various techniques developed over centuries.

A year after my accident I enrolled in a four-year-program for TCM, coupled with 800 hours of internship, and then doubled my internship under the supervision of the practitioner who’d treated me. After passing my boards and obtaining my state license and national certification, I was ready to help others. To further my knowledge and expertise I also attend numerous continuing education seminars.

You can have a perfect diet, but if your body isn’t breaking down protein, fats and glucose, you aren’t able to assimilate essential vitamins, minerals and other nutrients to access your healing potential. Whatever the health issue, assuring nutritional absorption is essential.

Acupuncture and its adjunct therapies accelerate healing by nourishing organs and tissues. It effectively treats pain, poor circulation, stress, depression, fatigue, PMS, menopausal syndrome, tumors including fibroids and cysts, and many other health issues.

Acupuncture needles are tiny. Most people don’t even feel them being inserted. If they do, it’s typically a brief sensation. After a treatment patients usually report feeling deeply relaxed, pain relief and a sense of well-being.

Multiple symptoms resolve when root causes are treated. With each appointment I assess a patient’s current supplements and diet, and check their protein, fat, glucose and nutrient assimilation. Patients often apologize when they initially present long lists of symptoms, but this gives me the information I need to develop their treatment plans.

I love what I do. Throughout my 17 years of practice I have seen exciting results as my patients’ health issues resolve. People don’t need to live with illness, depression, fatigue and pain. It is possible to Reclaim Your Health.
