Press For Oil, in downtown Ashland, offers over 30 premium extra virgin organic olive oils (including our current Chetoui extra virgin olive oil from Tunisia, which has a Biophenol content of 828.6) and 35+ balsamic vinegars, both red and white—and they are all available to taste. Try before you buy!
Our quaint store on Main Street also proudly carries products from local artisans such as Inspired Leaf Teas, The Bee Store, Holm Toffee, Wildwood Chocolates, and Vintners Kitchen, from which we carry a variety of delicious salts, jams, mustards, and rubs. We also carry wine from some of our favorite local wineries: RoxyAnn Winery in Medford, Trium Winery in Talent, and Kriselle Cellars in White City. I have personally hand-selected all the wines, so I can honestly say they are all worth buying!
Bottle refill dates for the next 3 months are as follows:
Oct 10th between 4:00–6:00 pm (Friday)
Nov 21st between 4:00–6:00 pm (Friday)
Dec 12th between 4:00–6:00 pm (Friday)
As a reminder, our premium non-flavored extra virgin olive oils change regularly, so we may not have the exact flavor you want refilled. However, I will do my best to provide an alternative flavor if needed. Additional things to note: olive oil is very sensitive and cannot have any water in the bottles when being refilled. Balsamic vinegars are a bit less finicky but should be rinsed and dried so as not to taint any of the fabulous flavors. Please note, this service will ONLY be to refill Press For Oil bottles and for the flavor listed on that bottle—unless, as mentioned above, the flavor is not available. I will NOT be refilling any other bottles. We will offer a 10% discount on refilled bottles.
Upcoming Events & Festivals:
Oct 3rd – Craig Wright will be performing at the store from 6:00–8:00 pm. During the show, I will be pouring wine samples from Kriselle Cellars (White City). You can also purchase a glass for $5 or a bottle at a 10% discount and sit upstairs while enjoying the music.

Oct 17th & 18th – Fall Festival at the RogueX
Oct 17th–19th – Murder Mystery Festival Weekend (We have been asked to participate by hiding one of their mystery clues in our store. Fun!!)
