Refund Policy for Advertising Sales in LocalsGuide Community Magazine

Thank you for choosing LocalsGuide Community Magazine for your advertising needs. Please read our refund policy carefully:

  1. All sales of advertising space in LocalsGuide Community Magazine are final. We do not offer refunds for any advertising purchases.
  2. In the rare event that the wrong advertisement is run and it is determined to be the fault of LocalsGuide, we will issue an equivalent-valued credit for a future advertisement. This credit must be used within 60 days from the date of issuance.
  3. It is the responsibility of the advertiser to ensure that the correct advertisement materials are provided to LocalsGuide in a timely manner.
  4. LocalsGuide reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that does not meet our editorial standards or violates our advertising policies.
  5. Any disputes regarding advertising placements or content must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the publication date of the advertisement.

By purchasing advertising space in LocalsGuide Community Magazine, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this refund policy.
