NIA MOVEMENT CLASS: DANCE YOUR SACRED BODY FOLLOWED BY NIA WHITE BELT Q&A

On Saturday, December 3, local Nia Black Belt instructor and Nia teacher trainer, Rachael R. Resch offers a special Nia class, “Dance Your Sacred Body.”    The event takes place at The DanceSpace, 280 E. Hersey, #10, in Ashland, 9:30-10:45 am and costs $12.   No previous dance or movement experience necessary.

Immediately following the event there will be a free, 30-minute Q&A session about the Nia White Belt somatic trainings offered by Resch.

“The seven-day, Nia White Belt Training is the first level of a five-belt training series that presents a body-centered approach to health, wellness and fitness,“ says Resch.  “People take the White Belt to deepen their personal  somatic awareness or to become a Nia teacher.”
