Can you believe it’s already poinsettia season? We have been tending to these beautiful plants for months now, and it is just about time to pick some out for yourselves and your loved ones. Mid-November is usually when we start shipping them out to local stores and organizations across the valley. We encourage you to come by and visit to see how gorgeous they all look before they start to dwindle down.
Like last year, we will be celebrating the season by opening for “Poinsettia Saturdays.” For the month of November, we are generally open from 10am to 4pm Monday through Friday. We will be open on Saturdays again starting November 20th from 10am to 4pm! This will be our opening weekend for the “Poinsettia Saturdays” event. There will be a large Poinsettia display, festive music, a standing photo booth area, candy guessing game, and raffle ticket for each purchase to win prizes! Don’t worry if you can’t make it on opening weekend, we will be handing out raffle tickets with each purchase on November 27th, December 4th, and December 11th. There will also be Saturday specials throughout the season.
We won’t just have Poinsettias for the month of November… We still have perennials and a few plants that will be great indoors. We have some Jade plants right now that are very beautiful. When kept inside during colder months, they can live 70 to 100 years! So many of you asked us for Christmas Cactus last year, we felt it was our duty to deliver this year. We grew four colors of Christmas Cactus this year: red, pink, orange, and white. Pick up one, or get one of each! As always, you are welcome to email us or call us with any questions.
