ZEN 101
Ashland Zen Center offers an informal day of practice on January 29 to introduce beginners to Zen practice.
This introductory day will include seated and walking meditation, silent lunch and a dharma talk and discussion about practice led by transmitted Zen teachers Jintei Harold Little and Etsudo Patty Krahl. There is no prerequisite to attend. Complete meditation instruction is given at the start of the day, and support offered throughout.

Time: 9:00 am to 3:10 pm with lunch and breaks
Cost: $50, Including Lunch and Tea (Need-based
scholarships available upon request)
Location: Ashland Zen Center, 740 Tolman Creek
(on middle Tolman next to ODOT)
Lunch: Vegetarian meal provided
Parking: There is plenty of parking at the center.
Clothing: Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
