As we move into Phase 1 of re-opening, many of us are considering how to proceed with a new version of normal. It’s understandable if you’re feeling cautious about where and how to increase your exposure to new places and people. If you’re not ready to go to the gym, we’ve created semi-private classes to help you stay on track with your core strength program while maintaining a safe 6 ft. of social distance in our private studio. Duet classes allow no more than two members at a time to utilize our Pilates reformer equipment. You’ll increase core strength while down-regulating the nervous system and improving postural alignment with a customized program to follow so you’ll know just what to do each time you visit.
Expanded Membership Options
Hip and back pain are common symptoms of extended periods of time spent seated at the computer, which many of us have been doing while sheltering in place. That’s why we’ve created expanded membership options to help you get the relief you need from home while our regular class offerings are on hold. Online Zoom classes are constantly being added to meet the needs of members looking for remote access to our services. Sign up for our newsletter on our website to learn about new classes as they are available. Bodywork and coaching sessions are once again being offered in-person in the studio by appointment. We’re following extensive protocols for maintaining a safe environment so you can be sure your health is our top priority.
