Pilates Classes For Core Strength – Introducing Jessica Monarch
As we age, injuries and dysfunctional repetitive movement patterns accumulate, often resulting in poor posture and chronic pain. If you’re tired of moving with discomfort, our small group Pilates classes could be just what you need to get back to doing what you love on a regular basis. Pilates is an exercise and movement modality created by Joseph Pilates decades ago to improve strength and posture. Pilates emphasizes alignment, breathing, core strength, coordination, and balance, which makes it an excellent choice for people at all levels of physical capability. No two bodies are the same, which is why at the Movement Studio, we’ve created small group classes of no more than 4 students so you’ll get all the customized, hands-on guidance you need to address your body’s unique needs.
And with the new year and the expansion of our Wellness Center and membership offerings, we’re excited to introduce our newest instructor, Jessica Monarch. Jessica also appreciates the flexibility Pilates offers, making this movement modality accessible to people at any level of physical fitness. Welcoming Jessica to the Movement Studio allows us to add additional small group classes to our schedule so that you have even more options as you add new resources on your journey to lifelong, pain-free movement.
