We are fortunate to live in an area that values a high level of massage and bodywork expertise. These lecture/demonstrations are offered to our students and the community at large to continue growing our level of collective knowledge. Come support the community-based mission of our school! Learn something new! Be enriched! Be inspired!
We kicked off our series this year with two presentations on February 21st:
1:30 – 4:30pm Janie Chandler, LMT, Eden Energy Medicine – Advanced Practitioner, spoke on An Introduction to Eden Energy Medicine.
6:30 – 8:30pm Joshua Morton, LMP, spoke and demonstrated Active Isolated Stretching techniques from his popular continuing education series.
March 7th 1:30 – 4:30pm Sheila Shrum, LMT, will give a talk entitled Around the Table, Around the World – Massage Techniques Inspired from Trips Around the Globe.
April 18th 1:30 – 4:30pm Sheila Shrum, LMT, will present The Magic of Side-Lying Massage.
May 9th 1:30 – 4:30pm Christopher Sean Rice, LMP, will lead an Introduction to Ayurvedic Massage.
