Healthy – Vibrant – Fit: How to live a life of Wellness

Welcome Everyone. I invite you on a journey to discover true health and fitness in your life.

Every issue I will be writing about insights into health and wellness that most are not aware of. I will show you how your body functions and reveal to you a fully holistic approach to becoming healthy and fit.

It doesn’t matter who you are, what you do for a living, or your age; everyone has the ability to rehabilitate, heal and live a happy, healthy life.
First and foremost I want you to become aware that your authentic state of being is to be happy, healthy and fit. It is your birthright.

Somehow most of us have forgotten and been programmed by the media and society at large which tell us what is best for us. We have lost our focus and given away our own power. We fall into the trap of “everybody else seems to be doing it, so why not me?”

We need to take our power back and take responsibility for our lives and what we are creating in them. If you are not happy with something in your life it is up to you to change it. The challenge is many of us want to change things in our lives, but are confused as to which way is best.

All you have to do is look at how many diet books are out there (more than you could imagine; tens of thousands) no wonder there is so much confusion. The same goes for exercise.  Classically when I work with a new client the question arises, “What is best for me? I’ve tried everything and gone to all the experts, but nothing is helping.”

I want you to know now that it doesn’t need to be confusing. The answers are available and in many cases simple.  It just takes the desire to get better and follow those simple steps. Your body over time will do the rest.

I will be here to coach you through them all, and be here to support you when you need it. So who am I and where does all my training come from?

My name is Dave Fresilli and I am a C.H.E.K Institute trained Holistic Health Practitioner and Lifestyle Coach. I am one of only 15 Level 4 practitioners in the United States.

As a C.H.E.K Level 4 Practitioner I have extensive training in everything from corrective post-rehabilitation exercises to sports performance. I look at each client’s individual physical, mental, emotional and spiritual condition and identify what is essential to achieving health and wellbeing.
