The beautiful Mountain Meadows 55+ Community has been welcoming people from all parts of the world for over 26 years. The first home was built in 1996 and the on-site real estate company, Mountain Meadows Realty was there to help. Under the leadership of Madeline Hill, founder and developer of the community, the on-site real estate office was a must and it worked out beautifully. In early 2002, Linda Doren joined the team at Mountain Meadows. She was an administrative assistant and transaction coordinator. In 2008, Linda obtained her real estate broker’s license to help Madeline with the buying and selling of the community properties. In 2012 Linda obtained her principal broker’s license in preparation of Madeline retiring in the near future. In 2017, Madeline retired from real estate and Linda became the office manager and managing principal broker – a position she holds to this day. Linda has 20+ years of experience in Mountain Meadows and specializes in customer service and helping those over 55 find their retirement dream home.
The next chapter of Mountain Meadows Realty began on October 1, 2022, when the real estate company was sold to David Wright, Principal Broker/Owner of REMAX Platinum in Medford. David knows the community quite well as he also operates a management company which is on-site in the community clubhouse. David grew up in Ashland and he understands the needs of seniors. He was the perfect choice to take over the on-site office. Now, along with the customer service and individual assistance you have always received from Mountain Meadows Realty, you also have the powerful backing of REMAX, one of the largest real estate corporations in the world. REMAX, recognized by the large red/white/blue balloon logo, is known to most all of us.
The new on-site realty company will be Mountain Meadows Realty Group, powered by REMAX Platinum. Linda Doren, the 20-year veteran and with vast years of knowledge at the Mountain Meadows Community, will be continuing in her role as Principal Broker. Same phone number. Same email address. Same office location.
