WE DID IT!
In the last issue of the LocalsGuide, I announced our plan to combine my 34-year-old shop, Flower Tyme on the Plaza, with my 4 year old shop, Manzanita on Main, and I am happy to report that the remodel of Flower Tyme is complete! The response to the new shop from both our old and new customers the past few days since we reopened has been so rewarding! My heart is full of appreciation! Here are some of my the priceless reactions from customers:
“Stunning! Simply stunning!” ~ Joanne “You really did it! You mixed the best of Manzanita with the best of Flower Tyme!” ~Rainy “It looks twice as spacious as before!” ~ nearly everyone familiar with the old shop “It feels so warm and inviting!” ~Julie “Yay! You still have your greeting cards!” ~ Joe
I am so happy to have had the opportunity to spend nearly all of my adult life doing what I love here in downtown Ashland…. designing flower arrangements for everyday needs as well as life events, helping my customers decorate and furnish their surroundings, and provide input for choosing just the right gift. I have the fortune to see and hear an incredibly beautiful creek every morning when I come to work, and I am blessed with the best customers imaginable. I am grateful for the help of my son, Nick David (Jefferson Woodwright) for his strength, patience, vision and carpentry skills. To see more of his work, visit jeffersonwoodwright.com.
Of course, we will continue to be your source for quality flowers and creative floral design! We source local, organic flowers as much as possible and pride ourselves in our wide selection of flowers.
Please come in to experience the new Manzanita on the Plaza…. home + flowers + gifts. We invite you to our grand re-opening the first weekend in May! Stay tuned for details !
With gratitude,
Lou Ann David
