The Romantic Musical She Loves Me is coming to the Oregon Cabaret Theatre this Holiday Season

Starting November 16th, the Oregon Cabaret presents She Loves Me, the beautiful romantic musical from the same composing team that brought you Fiddler on the Roof.

The Story

Based on the same story that inspired The Shop Around the Corner and You’ve Got MailShe Loves Me tells the story of two perfume shop co-workers who loathe each other. Georg and Amalia carry on a romance as pen pals, unaware of the other’s real identity until they finally decide to meet in person. Considered by many to be the most charming musical ever written, She Loves Me is a warm romantic comedy with an endearing innocence and a touch of old world elegance.

The Cast

She Loves Me features returning Cabaret favorites Tony Carter (Baskerville, Rocky Horror), John Lambie (Cabaret, Pine Mountain Lodge), Nathan Monks (Bat Boy, Rocky Horror), Jessica Blaszak (Dames at Sea, Pine Mountain Lodge), Kristen Calvin (Bat Boy, Rocky Horror), and Haley Forsyth (Noises Off). Tony plays Mr. Kodaly, John plays Mr. Maraczek, while Jessica, Haley, and Kristen make up most of the ensemble. Patrick Massey (Georg), Lauren Wright (Amalia), Mimi Klipstein (Ilona), Reese Rush (Arpad), and Peter Wickliffe (Ensemble) all make their Cabaret debuts.
