Ashland Parks LCB-Approved Courses for Continuing Education Hours
Ashland Parks & Recreation recently became an authorized provider of continuing education units (CEUs) through the Oregon Landscape Contractor’s Board (LCB). All Landscape Construction Professional licensees are required to report 16 hours of CEUs every two years. Contractors can now get local and affordable CEUs by enrolling in LCB-approved courses advertised in Ashland Parks & Recreation program guides. Donate Your Bike, Get a Tax Deduction!
Ashland Community Bike Swap is taking donations of bikes (in good working condition) for our Annual Bike Swap ~ April 26 from noon-2pm at The Grove, 1195 East Main Street.
All Bike Swap proceeds are used for student bicycle education classes in Ashland. The Bike Swap is a 501(c)3 non profit so all or part of your gift may be a charitable, tax deductible contribution. Please check with your tax advisor.
Bikes must be dropped off by April 11 at Ashland Fire Station #1, 455 Siskiyou Blvd. If you prefer to have your bike picked up, call Ashland Parks & Recreation at 541.488.5340. Learn more about this annual event by visiting www.RVTD.org/bikeswap.
