Ashland Parks & Recreation Commission (APRC)

Our Summer PlayGuide will be mailed out later this month. If you don’t see your guide in the mail by the 4th week of April, let us know! We produce three guides per year: Winter/Spring, Summer and Fall. Our Winter/Spring guide is the only guide direct-mailed to all Ashland and Talent households; however, you can request to receive a hardcopy of all three guides by completing our online request form at ashland.or.us/MailMyGuide or call 541.488.5340. We would also be happy to add your email to an email notification list for a direct link to our digital guide!

Ashland Parks And Recreation

The City of Ashland Parks & Recreation (APR) Department was established to provide recreational opportunities to improve the quality of life for area residents and visitors. Our goals are to strengthen the community fabric and sense of place for youth, adult, and visitor populations; to promote health and wellness; to foster human development; to increase cultural unity and to protect our valuable natural resources. APR meets these goals through preserving, maintaining, and enhancing our recreational facilities, parks, and open spaces while also coordinating engaging programs, classes, public events, and festivals.
