Things have been a buzz the past month at Paddington Station and The Paddington Jewel Box. We had our sidewalk sales in May, but there are still great savings to be had at both our stores. Heading into the summer months we are looking at having some great sunny days for shopping and moseying around town.
The Paddington Jewel Box has great items and apparel from Bernie Dexter and Vera Bradley. Come see the new pin up girl dresses from Bernie Dexter, a Portland, Oregon designer, and keep an eye out for new designs and collections rolling out from Vera Bradley.
As you know in May we celebrated Mother’s Day, well in June it is dad’s turn—Father’s Day! Mark June 15th on your calendar as that special day for dad. Over at Paddington Station we will be coordinating an event on June 7th so please join us. Remember we have card and gift options for dad, especially if your dad is of the cooking, barbecuing or grilling nature, you will want to be sure to visit our mezzanine kitchen department.

Over the years
As we grow old,
We remember our father
So brave and bold.
In the garden,
Leaning on the plow,
He would listen to me;
I see him now.
He would give advice
And understand;
He was always there
To lend a hand.
God made fathers
Strong and firm,
For he knew our lives
Would have great concern.
So on his day
Let’s take the time
To say “Thanks, Dad.
I’m glad you’re mine.”
